Bill is President of CAB Exchange, an organization that provides information, networking opportunities and best practices to the professionals who run Customer Advisory Boards.
Bill is also President of Customer Reference Forum (CRF), which was established in 2004. Under his direction, CRF has become the event for customer reference professionals, attracting reference professionals from many of the top programs in the world, including Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, EMC, Intel, Oracle, SAP, SAS, Research in Motion, VeriSign, IBM, Network Appliance, Lucent, EDS, Dell, and dozens of other global corporations.
Bill has long experience working with customer programs for clients such as Lucent Technologies, Network Appliances, Hewlett Packard, IBM and other firms. Bill has written for a number of publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Executive Excellence, Management Review and Organizational Dynamics and is the author of Mavericks in the Workplace, published by Oxford University Press.
